THE TEAM
SITEC Flow Control LTD. is a registered corporation which is located in Shenzhen, China. The company started business in 2003 after spending several years manufacturing HP and LP parts and accessories for other companies.
Working side by side with international laboratories such as Hyundai Laboratory for material analysis, and contracting highly qualified and experienced engineers, SITEC started its own production of various types of gas-driven boosters. In 2005 our boosters models received high recommendations and endorsements from governmental and commercial entities in Asia in general and in China specifically.
Our production increased on a wide scale and SITEC was contracted by a few international companies that requested OEM products. In 2007, our partnership with Euro Diving Zone Corp. started in order to design and produce specific models that would be ideal for diving applications.
SITEC Flow Control enjoys the work force of 150 people. Ranging from technical to administrative tasks, the staff has high and long term experience and reputation.
Our team of engineers, designers, and technicians has high training and safety record combined with years of experience, and is one of the major factors of SITEC's rapid expansion.
Our manufacturing department is divided into 3 sections that cover 3 major projects separately. All SITEC parts are made in-house using the most advanced technological machineries and tools available. SITEC building complex is located in Shenzhen, China.
Oxygen Gas Boosters
SITEC gas boosters are piston-types, air-driven boosters, they used the differential piston area principle to operate. It features low air consumption, quiet operation, optional mechanical separation, and compatibility with a wide range of common gases.
The boosters are reciprocating, single, double acting or two stage air operated designs, using an air-piloted unbalanced type air directional valve to cycle the boosters. They are designed to make optimum use of commercially bottled gases as low as 2 Bar. The boosters are applicable across a variety of industries including aerospace, automotive, chemical, fire fighting, agriculture, fluid power, machine tool, plastics, and packaging.
Products pneumatic boosters offer a cost effective way to compress shop air or bottled gas to meet various requirements for higher pressure yet lower volume of air or gas.
Industrial applications include charging accumulators, inflating high pressure tires or charging shock struts from lower pressure supply sources, the transferring of gas from a supply cylinder to another container or the actuating of air chucks in machine tools. Where production machinery or test setups require higher air pressures than normally provided by the shop air system.
The boosters can be installed as components or can be supplied as complete, ready-to-use power packages. Use of the boosters power unit eliminates the need to develop the basic power supply circuit, the time to select and buy the needed accessories and the time required to test and troubleshoot the circuit.
